1. Payment Methods
Payment for Cyclone Events services is due before the event. Accepted payment methods include electronic transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon options. Payment terms will be communicated to the client upon booking confirmation.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details promptly to ensure smooth coordination. This includes but is not limited to venue information, attendee lists, and any specific requirements for the event. Cyclone Events cannot be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or delayed information provided by the client.
3. Performance and Conduct
Cyclone Events is committed to providing professional service to all clients. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if any client or attendee exhibits inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
- Harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
- Disruptive or disrespectful conduct towards staff, vendors, or other attendees.
- Damage to property or violation of venue policies.
In such cases, Cyclone Events retains the right to retain any payments made and may take further legal action if necessary.
4. Liability
While Cyclone Events takes every precaution to ensure the success and safety of events, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of nature (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters).
- Venue-related issues (e.g., equipment failure, double bookings).
- Acts of third parties (e.g., vendor non-performance, transportation delays).
Clients are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their events to mitigate any potential risks.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies will be outlined in the contract between Cyclone Events and the client. In the event of cancellation by the client, any payments made may be subject to forfeiture based on the terms agreed upon in the contract. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed-upon terms.
6. Amendments
Cyclone Events reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By engaging Cyclone Events’ services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in refusal or termination of service without a refund.
