Refund and Cancellation
At Cyclone Events, we strive to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for all our clients. Due to the nature of our services and the commitment involved in event planning and execution, we have implemented the following refund and cancellation policy:
Refunds: Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit or payment is made, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, changes in event details, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations for any reason. Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit or payment is made, the client is responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon services, regardless of any changes or cancellations to the event.
